National network
Connected capacity, placed where evidence shows need.
MEL proposes to develop interconnected commercialization capacity in regions where evidence demonstrates a need. Each location may specialize in local strengths while staying connected through RiSE and relationships with research institutions, learning institutions and industry.
The model is designed to improve access for people and communities underserved by centralized commercialization infrastructure, including rural, remote and underrepresented founders.
