We design, build and operate the physical, digital, research, commercialization and operational systems that let female founders and research teams move a health, wellness or daily life product from first idea to market without leaving the region. Each campus is designed to connect with researchers and learning communities across Canada and internationally.

Physical Infrastructure

Purpose-built environments where health research, product development and testing happen in one place.

Labs, workshops, studios, clean rooms and gathering spaces that reduce the distance between discovery and commercialization. The buildings are designed so female founders and research teams can move from study to prototype to small-batch production without leaving the campus, and to host visiting researchers, learning teams and innovation groups from across Canada and internationally.

Digital Infrastructure

Shared digital infrastructure that collects data, recognizes patterns and supports decisions.

The MEL digital layer: MEL iDE captures inputs and patterns, MEL AiDE organizes patterns and supports decision making, and MEL RiSE holds continuity across teams, sites, and stages. It creates the data foundation for ordering, workflow, compliance and campus-wide coordination across health and wellness innovation work.

Research Infrastructure

Structured settings for study, measurement and evidence gathering in women's health and wellness.

Protocols, instrumentation and research environments that produce credible evidence for industry, regulators, funders and public decision makers. Each campus is designed to connect researchers from universities and learning institutions across Canada and internationally, so the work starts with a clear question and ends with data that can be acted on.

Commercialization Infrastructure

The bridge between a validated health or wellness idea and a product people can actually buy and use.

Support for productization, regulatory readiness, supply, distribution, market entry and customer handover. This is where good research becomes a real business, and where regional products reach national and international markets.

Operational Infrastructure

The systems that let each campus run, repeat and expand.

Governance, staffing models, training, standards and reporting that turn a single successful campus into a model that can be replicated in other regions. This is what makes the ecosystem distributed rather than one-off.
